On a set date the animal goes to our processor and is dry aged before cutting.
Collect or deliver
Frozen, labeled and boxed. Collect at the ranch or delivered within our area.

Calves are born here in spring, stay with their mothers on pasture, and are finished on grass the following year. No feedlot, no grain finishing, no trucking to somewhere you cannot see. The herd is rotated across the ground so the grass recovers and the soil holds water.
The beef is sold by the share and cut to your order at a small licensed processor we have used for years. You get the cuts you asked for, frozen and labeled, and you know exactly which pasture it came from.
