What we collect
Describe what the site actually gathers. For most sites that is whatever someone types into a form, and basic analytics about pages visited. List each one and say what it is used for.
Why we collect it
Give the reason for each item above. Answering an enquiry, fulfilling an order and improving the site are different reasons and are worth separating.
Who else sees it
Name the services that receive data: the host, the email provider, the payment processor, the analytics service. If nothing is shared or sold, say so here in as many words.
How long it is kept
Say how long enquiries, orders and analytics are held, and what happens at the end of that period.
Your choices
Explain how someone asks for a copy of their data, asks for it to be corrected, or asks for it to be deleted, and how long a reply takes.
Cookies
List the cookies the site sets and what each is for. If a consent banner is in use, say what declining actually changes.

Give the address someone should write to about any of the above, and say who reads it.
