Grass fed. Grass finished. Sold by the share.
Grass-fed beef, raised on our ground, sold by the share
A working cattle ranch that raises its herd on open pasture from calf to finish and sells the beef straight to the families who eat it. Quarter, half or whole, cut the way you want it.
Reserve a shareBorn here, finished here
Calves are born here in spring, stay with their mothers on pasture, and are finished on grass the following year. No feedlot, no grain finishing, no trucking to somewhere you cannot see. The herd is rotated across the ground so the grass recovers and the soil holds water.
- Spring calving on pasture
- Grass and hay only, never grain
- Herd rotated so the ground rests

What share families say
A short quote from a happy client belongs here. Two or three sentences is usually enough to make the point without losing the reader.
Replace this with something a real customer said. Specific praise reads better than a general compliment, so keep whatever detail they gave you.
Testimonials work best when they name the problem that was solved. Leave the wording as close to how it was said as you can.
QUESTIONS
Before you reserve
A quarter share typically yields enough packaged beef to fill a small chest freezer, roughly a household's beef for several months. Exact weights vary by animal, and you pay by hanging weight, so we quote a range on the shares page.
Most cattle eat grass early in life and are then finished on grain in a feedlot. Ours stay on pasture and hay to the end. Grass finished is the part that matters for flavor and how the animal lived.
For a quarter or more, yes. A quarter fits a small one. Individual cuts from the ranch store need no more than a normal freezer drawer.
Yes. Every share comes with a cut sheet we fill in together: steak thickness, roast sizes, how much goes to ground, and any bones, organs or fat you want kept.
Shares sell out. Get on the list.
A deposit holds a quarter, half or whole on the next processing date with space.
