- Heifers and bulls from the herd for other ranchers building grass-based genetics.
- A few open days a year to walk the pasture, meet the herd and see the operation.
- A quarter, half or whole animal, cut to your instructions and frozen.
- Individual cuts, bones and tallow by the pound when a share has left extra.
