THE PROCESS
How this works
1. Reserve a share
Choose quarter, half or whole and pay a deposit. Shares sell out; the list is first come.
2. Fill in your cut sheet
We walk you through it: steaks, roasts, ground beef and any extras like bones or organs.
3. Processing
On a set date the animal goes to our processor and is dry aged before cutting.
4. Collect or deliver
Frozen, labeled and boxed. Collect at the ranch or delivered within our area.
